1 lb. Pastured Chicken Livers are shipped frozen in a vacuum sealed package. This is a very tender delicious meal if prepared correctly. You will notice the dark purple color from these chickens which indicate a healthy grass fed beyond organic chicken. The grocery store organic chicken livers are pale since they are not on fresh lush pasture. We have numerous customers that enjoy these and some that feed them to their pets.
