Thick-Cut Bone-In Pastured Pork Chops
As avid sausage fans as we all are here at Tender Grass Farm, these might actually be our favorite way to eat pork. These ones pictured were par-baked and then grilled on high, lightly doused with Tabasco, and ravenously devoured as soon as the photo shoot was done. Best eaten with both hands and a big stack of napkins.Our grass fed beyond organic pork chop is a cut of meat cut perpendicularly to the spine of the pig, and usually contains a rib or part of a vertebra. Pork chops are versatile, quick and easy to cook.
