One 16 ounce vacuum-sealed package of pre-ground Pastured Pork Lard. This is leaf lard. Originating from the area around the kidneys, this fat once ground and rendered makes excellent pastries. We have pre-ground it in a meat grinder to make it easier for you to use for rendering purposes.
